|Recommended: YesWe have lived here since the beginning two years ago and think that the building, staff, amenities and management are all exceptional. Among the very nice and helpful staff, Charles Johnson really stands out. He is the head of service maintenance and tackles and solves any issues that arise within the building proper or individual units. Not only is he very professional and capable, but he is always cheerful and friendly. Honestly, he is one of the nicest and most pleasant people I’ve ever met. A great asset for a super team.

Not to mention the leasing staff is so helpful with getting everything you need, Jessica and her team really make you feel at home. The amenities are unmatched and are one of the reasons my partner and I decided to call Trico home.

|Recommended: YesA Positive Experience — The staff here are the highlights immediately. Leasing agents, and building manager are the best experience living here, close 2nd is the apartment itself. Very humane, and caring and yet very proactive in keeping things running before problems occur. Apartments are great and worth the value. Some inconveniences out of the property staff's control like last minute apartment checks are pretty tiresome but the on site staff do everything they can to assist and ensure the best experience while living here. As long as you live here and respect the rules and neighbors and staff, you should have a phenomenal experience.

|Recommended: YesService Department Review — Today we had a visit from Charles Johnson, the head of the Service Department. The overhead fan in one of the bedrooms had developed both a wobble and loud squeak. He came and assessed the problem, decided to return with both a replacement unit if needed, as well as tools required for any possible repair. Upon his return 10 minutes later, he was able to identify the single reason for the 2 symptoms, and within 10 minutes, the fan was restored to quiet and still functionality. CJ was professional, courteous, and more than competent further, he is always a friendly and cheerful presence around the building. He's an asset to Trico

|Recommended: YesTrico Review — Very nice and well kept. However, complained about noise issues using the portal and have had no response from management. Would give 5 stars if concerns were better addressed, but at this time, they have not been.

Only complaint is things feel very highly regulated, this has its positives and negatives - positive because it feels very safe, but on the downside feels like there are so many rules, restrictions and regulations where every move is being watched and micromanaged. Other than this, I have had an overall amazing experience living here and would highly recommend.
