Do you have a model apartment I can see?
YES! We have a beautiful model open for tours. Appointments are appreciated but are not required. Please sign up for text/email updates so we can keep in touch with you about your scheduled appointment!
Are you Pet Friendly?
Yes, we are! You'll be sure to enjoy the rooftop dog park and dog wash station as part of our amenity package of this fabulous building. Please check our website to see our pet policy and pet fees.
Are you close to the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus?
Trico is adjacent to the Buffalo Niagara Medical campus. Only a few blocks away!
I am a travel nurse; will you offer short term furnished apartments?
YES! Let us know that you are looking for a corporate apartment and we'll get you all the information you'll need to call Trico home while you are serving the needs of the Buffalo community!
What are the apartment options at Trico Building Apartments?
We have Studio-Loft, 1-, 2-, 3, and 4- Bedroom units available. You will find an AMAZING tool on our website to help choose your perfect apartment, with the perfect view, in the perfect location. (Did we mention that there are OVER 75 UNIQUE floorplans at Trico?)
Can I submit an application now?
Yes! Applications can be completed on our website.
Is there a Background Check Fee?
We require a non-refundable Background Check Fee of $20 for every applicant and occupant 18 years of age or older.
I work from home, how is your internet?
You are going to LOVE living here! Trico will offer a complete managed WIFI system that includes symmetrical 500mbps/500mbps FIBER internet, a dedicated ethernet port in each apartment PLUS an amazing Open Workspace designed for both a collaborative work environment as well as a place for private work in our reservable work pods. We also have a conference room available to our residents. You will LOVE where you live and work.
Are the Trico Building Apartments Smoke Free?
Yes, they are! Trico Building Apartments is a Smoke Free Community!
What amenities are offered?
All of our residents will enjoy a rooftop community room & dog park, outdoor terrace, 24/7 Fitness Center featuring Life Fitness Equipment, our collaborative Open Work Space with private work pods, Theatre room, Multi Purpose Room, a Bike Storage Room with a Bike repair station, resident coffee bar, Smart Package Room and SO MUCH MORE!

EACH apartment features FULL SIZE, GE ventless washers & dryers!
What is the School District?

Will you have additional Storage Spaces Available?
We sure do! There are multiple storage unit sizes available PLUS we have an indoor Bike Storage Room (WITH a repair station!)
Is it true that THIS is the building where Windshield Wipers were first invented and manufactured?
YES IT IS! Swish, Swish! Lucky you, you get to live where history was made!
How will I know when the apartments are ready?
The building is open and you can move in today! The availability and move in dates are all shown on our website by visiting the floor plan page. Our leasing team will be available to answer any specific questions you have. Sign up for text/email updates so we can keep you updated.
How big are your studio apartments?
Our studios are not your average studio you'd find in Buffalo, NY - they are large! They are considered loft apartments with an open living space, soaring ceilings, letting in tons of light through the daylight factory windows. The Studio-Loft apartments average in size from 630 - 794 sq. ft. Check out our floor plans page to see the various layouts. Some studio-lofts even have a private balcony!
